Steve Goodman is a longtime corporate finance and acquisitions attorney, often called ‘the dean’ of venture capital lawyers in the Philadelphia area.
He joined prestigious law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius in 1994. He has taught at the University of Pennsylvania law school and been on the advisory board of the Wharton Entreprenurial Program.
To begin his career, after clerking under a Supreme Court justice and working with a Washington D.C. law firm, he came to Philadelphia in 1969 to co-launch a law firm that focused on early stage businesses.
