Shannon Morales is the founder of Tribaja, a SaaS platform employers can use to find diverse talent, as well as a community for underrepresented technologists. It was originally launched as Echo Me Forward in 2017. Morales was named Culture Builder of the Year at the 2020 Technical.ly Awards.
