I have a strong passion for building company cultures and retaining the talent we work so diligently to recruit and hire. It is not only crucial to make the “right” hires but to give them all of the tools and resources necessary to become successful in their roles. I build recruitment and interviewing strategy around the company’s specific needs and culture. I then work to build strong onboarding and new hire training programs as well as introduce new employee engagement programs. It is my firm belief that companies need to do a better job of building effective interviewing processes to find the right people and not just put bodies in seats. This is my passion.
