Lucinda (Holt) Duncalfe cofounded healthy food subscription service Real Food Works in November 2011.
From January 2006 to June 2011, she was CEO of Conshohocken pay per click software company ClickEquations. In summer 2011, as part of the announcement of selling ClickEquations, she changed her last name from Holt to Duncalfe. She has been an Eisenhower Fellow in 2010, director of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and an advisor to Innovation Philadelphia.
Lucinda also co-founded and led TurnTide, an anti-spam technology company. TurnTide was acquired by Symantec for $28 million only six months after founding. Lucinda also served as President & CEO of Destiny WebSolutions, a venture-backed Inc. 500 winner that provided Internet strategy and implementation consulting to large financial institutions.
In addition to her CEO roles, Lucinda has held management positions at Infonautics, Automated Call Processing, SEI Investments, and American Express and she was an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at First Round Capital. She has served on a number of not-for-profit boards, including World Affairs Council, Innovation Philadelphia, and New Horizons Montessori School. She graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from the Wharton School in Entrepreneurial Management.
