Kiera Smalls is an advocate on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.
In March 2018, she was named the Executive Director of Philly Startup Leaders, a nonprofit group connecting entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region. She had previously worked at the city’s ridesharing program. She is a native of West Philadelphia.
