Meet Department of Technology and Information
Delaware’s Department of Technology and Information (DTI) is the state’s IT service, led by CIO James Collins. DTI provides core services to all state agencies, including email, network, mainframe support and hosting services. They are also responsible for collecting and publishing state data.
