Resilient Coders’s plans for $2.5M

Ayanna Lott-Pollard was overwhelmed with emotion when she found out philanthropist MacKenzie Scott’s fund Yield Giving was giving Resilient Coders a $2.5 million donation. 

Lott-Pollard shared about her experience finding out about the donation on WURD Radio’s “Reality Check,” hosted by Tonya Pendleton.

VFA alumni commit to their communities

Venture for America officially announced its closure to current fellows and alumni on Aug. 7. But the community is committed to keeping the mission going

VFA alumni and fellows, of which there are over 1,400, describe important connections and life-changing experiences when reminiscing on their time in the program.
