Job Summary:  The Technology Recruiter is responsible for supporting the selection process for all Technology vacancies within the organization by utilizing multiple approaches to best source and hire talent through direct search, recruiting sources and networks , referrals, social media, job boards and college recruitment to deliver top quality talent to the organization.

Principal Duties:

  • Support the selection process for Technology vacancies within the organization.  Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to extend employment offers.
  • Execute full life cycle, high-volume recruiting activities relating to screening, interviewing, assessing, and selection for the organization.
  • Build a pipeline of diverse talent by inspiring candidates to apply to current and future openings through creative internal and external recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with and coach hiring managers on the best recruiting practices and policies and provide guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates to interview.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and real-time records of candidate activity.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with hiring managers with an emphasis on being customer focused and having high standards of delivery.
  • Establish and maintain consistent communication routines with hiring managers.
  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire the best talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment strategies are aligned with workforce plans across the business units.
  • Build relationships and enhance brand recognition with various colleges and universities. Attend job fairs and play an active role in creating new ways to engage on campuses.
  • Maintain professional relevance, staying current in field, having a strong understanding of all technologies related to talent acquisition.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 – 7 years of full cycle Technology / IT recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing via social media channels
  • Previous high volume customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Demonstrated computer and Microsoft Office skills
