We’re looking for a highly empathetic, driven, and intelligent people to help us accelerate our growth. The primary function of an Operations Associate is to support the overall order & service experience, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders as well as customers and vendors. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:


Handles order adjustments (swaps)
Handles delivery date/time confirmations & adjustments
Handles order placement & follow-up
Handles PO & Invoice reconciliation
Handles order updates
Handles exceptions (delivery, pick-up & damages) follow-up
Handles exceptions calendar updates
Handles customer service issues (resolution including credits & refunds)
Handles payment/credit follow-up
Handles special projects


Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years customer service experience, 3+ years operations experience is required
Logistics knowledge and project management experience is preferred
Proficient knowledge of G-Suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) preferred
Must have excellent communication (both verbal and written) & problem solving skills
You don’t buckle under pressure and are comfortable with ambiguity as well as uncertainty
You have the uncanny ability to make decisions on the fly
You are highly detail oriented and don’t let things slip through the cracks
