URBN is a leading company in the Payments space, and the URBN Technology Global Payments team enables traditional and alternative payments across all channels, markets and brands for the URBN group (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and nuuly). We are the clearing house of knowledge on the latest fintech technologies driving payment enablement, compliance, devices, channels, and trends across the global payments landscape.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage relationships for various technology providers within the Payment domain

·       Monitor key payment success indicators for both in-store and direct-to-consumer channels

·       Identify opportunities to improve these key indicators, and identify new measures of success

·       Ensure compliance with external Payment regulations and requirements

·       Work with external providers, technology groups, and internal groups outside of Tech to implement improvements or compliance initiatives

·       Be the Payments expert on all sizes of projects and to all groups within URBN Tech or across the Brands

·       Research payment-impacting or payment-adjacent incidents or issues and engage appropriate teams for resolution

Qualifications:

·       Background in Payments is a must, preferably in multi-channel Retail ·       This is not a developer position, however a background in Tech would be a plus Job Skills: ·       Process-oriented, critical thinking ·       Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and flexible with day-to-day job responsibilities ·       Navigational knowledge of Linux and SQL ·       Demonstrated product or process ownership is a plus   Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
