As Kleer’s Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you will be responsible for generating qualified leads to build a pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, dedicated, and high energy individual. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Development and requires extensive collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

*This is a remote position with the ability to use our office for meetings, team events, or a workspace as needed*

The Day-to-Day

The SDR will prospect into targeted accounts in an assigned territory to build a pipeline for the sales team. This includes (but is not limited to):

Hunt for new opportunities to achieve monthly lead generation and team goals using industry leading technology tools (, Salesforce)

Collaborate with teammates during daily coaching huddles to share new sales techniques and out-of-the-box methods for overcoming objections

Become a change agent and have a hand in disrupting the $155 billion dollar dental industry by effectively communicating Kleer's value proposition in an impactful way

Understand the business challenges our prospects face in a rapidly evolving market and communicate how our solution can solve them

Build a pipeline by prospecting into targeted lists and setting online demos with key decision makers

Enhance the SDR playbook by helping the team continuously improve and optimize our process

Maintain our competitive advantage by staying on top of industry trends and best practices

Have an impact by making it possible for dental practices to provide affordable, transparent dental coverage to the ~50% of Americans living without insurance

Represent our culture as the voice of our company to prospective customers

To Be Successful

Do these things sound like you? Yes? Good — you’re well on your way to being a successful SDR for Kleer!

Starting with the obvious: you are PASSIONATE! (Seriously, you must LOVE what you do!)

You have a minimum of 1 years of professional sales experience

You have a successful track record of hitting sales targets

You are driven by crushing sales goals!

Preferred knowledge of sales technology tools (Linkedin, Outreach, Salesforce)

And you have a Bachelor’s Degree in We mean it! Business, History, Cooking (actually, that could be incredibly useful)… anything.
