Role Summary
Leverages strong understanding of T. Rowe Price retirement plan offerings and services to independently deliver basic and complex trainings. Participates in and performs product demonstrations. Leverages internal and external consultative business partnerships to customize instructional content and product and communication materials if requested by client. Supports cross-training of more junior staff and engages in cross-training with client education (training) team to grow knowledge of various retirement products.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and delivers presentations to large clients across the full product offering range. Understands the strategic component to client education (training) programs and how they connect to the overall business strategy.
- Collaborates with business owners across operations, service , product, and technology to understand business initiatives, challenges, and priorities that can be incorporated into the learning experience. Understands specifics around clients' plans, and partners with clients to review training plan, as well as propose and develop events that are tailored to group's needs and support the unit strategy. Customizes and delivers complex plan presentations.
- Completes follow-up activities with clients and resolves outstanding questions and/or issues; leverages tools to measure success of learning offerings and programs. Receives and shares feedback from clients in a continual effort to improve the overall user learning experience.
- Works to resolve complex issues with appropriate internal function(s) or client; escalates highly complex issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
