ABOUT THIS POSITION
As a Financial Consultant in Personal Investors or Workplace Investors, you consult with individual investors to develop a plan of action for their financial needs. You will utilize your licenses, designations, and our tools to ensure our investors are successful in their short- and long-term financial needs. Success in this role means you can quickly understand a client’s immediate need(s) and broaden the conversation to determine if you can assist with other financial needs, including education, advice, and consolidation of assets. Your success is measured by the quality of your conversations and your overall sales results.

Salary range for this role, based on experience, is $78,000- $96,500.
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance. Salary range disclosure as required by sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado and S9427A when hiring in New York.
