Big things are happening at QuotaPath and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with the core product team and key stakeholders to own and manage the product development lifecycle from research and design to development. You will develop a deep understanding of QuotaPath's market and lead efforts to build new and innovative value-driving products. Our Go-To-Market approach always begins with the end-user and we view revenue as a byproduct of happy customers. You’ll help to solve operational challenges that allow our customers to better utilize QuotaPath's value.
Coming fresh off a $21.3M Series A fundraise in July 2021, QuotaPath’s mission is to help companies build and scale high-performing, motivated growth teams. Our product is built on the belief that commissions should be streamlined, transparent, and simple to manage. We are shaping one of the fastest-growing categories in sales tech and we just secured a spot on G2’s Top 50 Sales Products for 2021. Our core values are built upon trust, empathy, and curiosity. Our culture is centered around serving our customers, building great experiences, and pushing each other to grow, learn, and enjoy the moments we create. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in the growth of an early-stage startup. You will be one of the first members of the Customer Success team at QuotaPath and will have tons of professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

    • As a product manager on our team, you’ll help identify, define, and prioritize features to expand our market, grow our partnerships, and delight our customers.
    • Collaborate with product leadership to define the product roadmap
    • Write pitches that highlight why a specific solution will help us achieve team goals
    • Excite co-workers across the company about what we’re building
    • Develop relationships with all types of customers, know what they think, and what value our product delivers
    • Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform key product decisions before we commit to the work and after we’ve shipped.
    • Drive strong communication and alignment up, down and sideways within the organization

About you:

    • We’re looking for someone with proven track record of product management in rapidly growing SaaS companies
    • 5+ years experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager or in the product management organization
    • Experience building an integration strategy to drive platform growth
    • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
    • Ability to analyze user data and extract business requirements from multiple stakeholders and transform them into usable and relatable product specifications
    • Excellent Communication: You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form
    • Growth mindset and being able to build, measure and learn
    • Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
    • You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with your colleagues and peers
    • Curious: You love exploring new and existing paradigms to add to your repertoire of ideas and solutions

Bonus if you have:

    • Experience with freemium, product-led, or community-led growth products

Just added for 2022 for all non-commission based employees are quarterly bonuses, dependent on company goals.

How do you support employees’ growth at QuotaPath?  On paper, we offer a yearly development budget for each employee. How each team member uses this fund is up to their discretion, but in the past, QuotaPath team members have taken online courses to learn a new program or skill and flown to conferences so they can bring industry-leading ideas back to our HQs. In the day-to-day working environment at QuotaPath, we don’t limit employees’ potential to the role printed on their business card. We support any team member who wants to take a step outside of their comfort zone and work on a new project or try a skill for the first time.   What does work-life balance look like at QuotaPath?  QuotaPath has always been committed to creating flexibility for our employees. Year-round, we offer Summer Fridays (half-days) so you can take time to focus on what you need to do. Have a doctor’s appointment during the week? No biggie, we will hear from you when you get back. Other perks include Election Day being a paid holiday and 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance.
