Company Culture Coverage
QuotaPath is looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst to be the backbone of trust that our customers and employees expect. You will own identifying and reporting areas of risk across the company and construct new programs, policies, and practices to proactively improve our security posture. You will be responsible for compiling a public-facing security compliance package aimed at increasing customer confidence and reducing friction in our sales process. There will be no shortage of interesting projects and problems to solve that will leverage your security background, technical insight, project management, and communication skills. You will split focus between three overarching categories: defining our security practices, representing our security stance to customers and prospects, and leading our internal security compliance
Define QuotaPath’s security practices by partnering with Product & Engineering as well as other various stakeholders across the team to evaluate our platform, tech stack, and data use case and create a security framework to protect our customers, employees, and partners.
Represent QuotaPath’s security stance by partnering with Sales & Customer Success as well as other various stakeholders across the team. Communicate with QuotaPath customers and prospects to address security and compliance questions, as well as provide security collateral and consultations as necessary.
Lead QuotaPath’s internal security compliance including communication & training to drive security awareness across the company and lead the charge for various compliance/privacy certifications and initiatives. You will also manage risk assessments as part of our procurement process by assessing new and existing suppliers and handling sensitive and regulated data.

This position is not:

    • Your run-of-the-mill Senior Security Analyst position. You’ll have a broad scope of responsibilities and will be the key decision-maker in our security strategies.
    • For analysts who don’t like collaborating and enabling every part of the business.
    • Stagnant – you will report directly to the VP of Finance and will have the opportunity to shape your next step in your career with our leadership team.

What you’ll bring to the position:

    • 3+ years experience in an information technology field: IT operations, software development, or information security
    • Knowledge of security standards and audits (e.g., SOC 2).
    • Understanding of GDPR and other privacy/compliance regulations and or frameworks
    • Commitment to staying current with and remain knowledgeable about new security threats
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools of the trade: access management systems, intrusion detection & prevention systems, endpoint detection & response, secure remote access, etc.
    • Ability to understand and interpret laws and regulatory requirements related to information protection; develop, implement, and communicate appropriate processes to achieve and maintain compliance and reduce risk.

In the day-to-day working environment at QuotaPath, we don’t limit employees’ potential to the role printed on their business card. We support any team member who wants to take a step outside of their comfort zone and work on a new project or try a skill for the first time.

What does work-life balance look like at QuotaPath?

QuotaPath has always been committed to creating flexibility for our employees. Year-round, we offer Summer Fridays (half-days) so you can take time to focus on what you need to do. Have a doctor’s appointment during the week? No biggie, we will hear from you when you get back.
