As Perpay’s first dedicated sourcer, you’ll set the foundation for sourcing as a function and implement a "candidate-first" philosophy. You'll play a crucial role in building our engineering team and  other high priority roles across Data, Product & Design, Finance, and more.

  • Help Perpay’s mission and team stand out in the sea of recruiting emails and online presence
  • Foster and maintain relationships with local universities and Philly tech communities
  • Build short-term pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, helping them connect over time.
  • Work across different teams to build sourcing processes and implement best practices 
  • Uphold data integrity and be a proponent for data-driven recruiting

What We Look For:

  • 3-5 years of in-house sourcing experience; 2+ of those years in software engineering sourcing - ideally at a startup
  • Solid sourcing/recruiting fundamentals with a desire to grow and teach
  • An insatiable curiosity for recruiting across all teams
  • Experience in sourcing for high-priority roles and senior candidates
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and tactical empathy
  • A network within the Philadelphia community
