This role will work with Penn Mutual Advisers and Field Leaders in the Career Agency System that are Leap agencies, as well as our Independent advisers, to build awareness and knowledge of our Leap Sales Tool and methodology in order to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will possess knowledge and expertise on the Leap philosophy and products. This person will provide Advisers and Field Leaders with structured, pro-active training and sales support.

Currently we’re utilizing everything from big data technology like Cassandra and Spark to Blockchain and Machine Learning. We’re constantly exploring uses for new technology to creatively improve the user experience of our products and safeguard customer assets.
