For customer experience to be great, every interaction at every customer touch point must be exceptional. The Head of Product will be responsible for the overall experience of myWorth’s products and services. This role will determine product requirements and will work with designers, developers, and marketers to develop and deliver products. This role ensures that we’re delivering the best possible experience to each and every customer; bridging the gap across departments to create a seamless experience across all consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, data-driven, and able to leverage analytics and empathy to develop a product that is closely aligned with the customer’s needs. This role acts as part strategic planner, part project manager, part team builder, part coach and part day-to-day operations manager and has 7+ years of experience in the field.
