We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients for our rapidly growing company. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customer’s skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
    Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Update client information in the company contact database
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep updated with the latest developments
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
  • Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence territory
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working in a CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • Willingness to travel
