Publishing Services, an Agora company, is currently seeking a driven and energetic candidate to join their team as the manager of their Advanced Messaging Platform (AMP) and Signup applications. As the Messaging Product Manager, you will assist the Director of Messaging by running the daily operations for each product. This includes managing software releases, QA testing, Tier 2 support, and assisting with the development of new features.

A desirable candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience as a manager of a software product. Candidate must understand the SDLC. Candidate will have experience in QA testing as well as have worked with a support ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering or Information Sciences program from an accredited university. If not, the candidate must demonstrate commensurate experience in collaborative technical environments.
