Ops / PM
Under the supervision of and in collaboration with technical and non-technical project managers, the Junior Account Manager will work with clients of all assigned projects.
You will work on a small team of incredibly supportive, collaborative managers who share the clients you will work with. This is an entry-level position with room to grow and change with your experience.
The person in this position is responsible for:
* Client calls
* Meeting notes
* Weekly status report meetings
* Vendor onboarding meetings with clients
* Gathering requirements from clients
* Aiding documentation
* Feature user guides
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to collaborate well on a small team
1. Experience in the eCommerce or digital space
2. Experience working with multiple clients
3. Creative problem solver
The successful candidate will also have the following abilities: to consistently exercise initiative and good judgement while prioritizing workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision; to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with employees and to the public; to establish and maintain effective working relations with co-workers and the public in a team-oriented environment; to maintain confidentiality of records and information; and to represent the department and SUMO Heavy to others in a professional and courteous manner.
