Overview

We’re looking for a savvy Technical SEO Analyst to support both the performance and program management needs of our digital platforms. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with experience analyzing Core Web Vitals and technical SEO, and who enjoys contributing to cross-functional digital projects. You will play a critical role in improving site speed, crawlability, indexability, and search engine ranking—while also supporting the execution of digital initiatives across websites, mobile apps, and martech platforms. This role sits within the Information Technology Department and works closely with the SEO/Marketing team as well as other cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and site speed across desktop and mobile experiences using tools like Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, and WebPageTest.
  • Assist with technical audits in tandem with agency partners to identify performance issues and recommend improvements for faster load times and better performance.
  • Analyze and recommend opportunities within current site architecture, internal linking, crawl budget efficiency, and URL structures to enhance crawlability and indexability.
  • Help identify and resolve issues with XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and hreflang configurations.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and emerging best practices in performance and technical SEO.
  • Support the Program Manager in delivering cross-functional digital initiatives spanning websites, mobile applications, and marketing technology.
  • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and issue tracking.
  • Monitor key metrics and help report on the progress and success of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in web performance optimization, technical SEO, or web/product management
  • Strong experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of how search engines crawl, render, and index websites.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO and performance.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and knowledge of how they impact site performance and SEO.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting websites built on platforms like WordPress, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Exposure to server-side SEO factors like server response codes, log file analysis, and CDNs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of martech tools, personalization, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and their role in front-end performance.
