Description Our consulting client is seeking a UX/UI Lead with at least 5 years of experience join their team! .

This is a fully remote freelance position, with a potential to convert to full time (based on performance).

This role will be 50% hands on UI Design and 50% client facing/leading/coaching.

UX/UI Lead Capabilities:
+ Client and Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations
+ Data Visualization and Reporting experience
+ Hands on UI Design +Website redesign experience
+ Experience coaching Junior Designers on UI design.
+ Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs, with experience in translating business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
+ Expertise in UX/UI Design: Deep understanding of user experience and user interface design principles,
+ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of front-end development technologies.
+ Familiarity with UX Research and Analysis

UX/UI Lead Responsibilities:
+ Working with a range of Fortune 500 enterprise companies; CPG/retail
+ Client facing role; leading discussions with Stakeholders/Clients about the user journey, etc
+ Driving design strategy and leading UX/UI efforts across various projects; data visualization, a full website redesign, the implementation of a new design system and brand guidelines, development of an AI Co-pilot MVP.
+ Coaching Junior Designers on UI Design
