Brooksource is looking to hire an SAP Technical Business Analyst to work with one of our Fortune 15 Healthcare clients who is going through a major digital transformation. This role is pivotal in ensuring their data is maintained post SAP Implementation. If you're a Technical Business Analyst with a knack for data manipulation and are well-versed in Pricing, OTC, Vistex, SAP, and data modeling tools like Alteryx and SAP Analytics Cloud, we'd love to hear from you. *Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering or MBA.
* Experience in a technical Business Analyst or business facing Data Analyst role
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling.
* Proficiency in SAP, OTC (Order to Cash), Pricing, Inventory, Vistex, and other finance tools is preferred.
* Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred
* Experience with Alteryx or other data modeling tools is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of SAP S/4 integrations with other processes
* Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint or similar tool

*Responsibilities:*
* Gather and analyze internal business requirements by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation.
* Identify and communicate risks and issues affecting business rules, functional requirements and specifications.
* Serve as a liaison between technical, quality assurance, and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.
* Collaborate with the business side to understand data templates and assist in data entry tasks.
* Curate, prepare and manipulate data for migration from source systems to SAP.
* Utilize tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx and Excel to streamline data analysis and preparation processes.
* Assist in ensuring data quality.
* Provide support for data validation and quality assurance efforts.
* Contribute to automation initiatives to enhance data migration efficiency.
* Engage in heavy documentation to ensure UAT and documentation requirements are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to achieve data goals.
