About Us

Not only do the employees at IntegriChain love making sure that medications get into the hands of patients who need them, they also enjoy standing. As in, the entire office is moving to standing desks – and couldn’t be happier about it.

Combine that with the modern, newly-renovated office at 8 Penn Center, the La-Croix-stocked kitchen, the common spaces in the form of futuristic, mixed-media booths, and the assortment of games strewn about the office, and you might think, typical tech company. But you’d be wrong.

IntegriChain  has been around for over 11 years, and partners with all the top-10 and 16 of the top-20 pharmaceutical manufacturers plus more than 90 other suppliers. In fact, more than $200 billion of U.S. commerce and 2 billion transactions flow through the IntegriChain cloud annually, for a total of more than $250 billion in annual commerce in the U.S.

The company’s main objective is, putting it simply, using vast amounts of “big data” in a way that shows drug manufacturers how to help patients start and stay on therapy. They bring together many disparate sets of data — creating reporting and analytics that show where things are working and where they are not — to help expedite and simplify the process of how drugs and other therapies gets into the hands of patients. This helps ensure that people who need medications not only get them, but stay on them – all the while avoiding the typical hurdles created by insurance companies, availability, and cost.

IntegriChain also prides itself on valuing their employees – called “IntegriChainers”. The company looks for every chance to promote from within, and offers a laundry list of desirable benefits, including professional development opportunities, work-from-home options, student loan reimbursement, paid parental leave, and an emphasis on corporate social responsibility.

The latter isn’t just corporate speak, either: the company walks the walk when it comes to creating and developing a team that truly cares about making healthcare better. The team is active locally as well, having adopted Penn Treaty Middle and High school in Philadelphia, and many employees we spoke to had visited the schools directly to support a number of philanthropic programs for the students.
