Senior Solutions Engineer: Life Science Payer & Market Access Solutions

Mission: Develop IntegriChain’s payer analytics and contract operations solutions to supports the sales team’s execution of our growth strategy, earn the confidence of our prospective customers, and delivers continuous feedback to Product Management on marketplace direction and needs.

Duties:

  • Serve as the primary go-to-market leader for Payer Analytics and Contract Operations, including staying well-informed on industry drivers, market changes, and target accounts.
  • Consults with prospects and customers to discover customer pains and diagnose reasons
  • Demonstrates data and analytic solutions that address customer requirements and capability needs
  • Document the customer’s business case and/or ROI
  • Executes proof of concept/proof of value projects during qualified sales cycles
  • Completes solution footprint, scoping document and statement of work including coordination with appropriate internal resources from the Professional Services, Development and other teams
  • Meets with Product Management on a bi-monthly/monthly basis to provide customer/market feedback
  • Collaborates with Product Marketing on developing specific sales tools for their assigned sales plays including insight-path aligned demonstrations, capabilities presentations, proposal and RFP templates, evaluation plan templates, including all pre-sales support activities and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managed markets, pharmaceutical/healthcare data and/or analytics business development
  • 5+ year of solution engineering and/or equivalent prospect/customer interaction experience
  • Demonstrated career success executing a solution or consultative selling model
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills with a proven record of building trust and confidence with senior customer executives
  • Ability to listen, capture and effectively communicate detailed information and solution concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
