Mission: Focusing on enhancing our analytics in multiple projects, this candidate will work cross-functionally to provide Market Access support to our customers.

Duties: 

  • Participate on the project implementation teams for new Deal Analytics and Pricing Analytics customers
  • Provide ongoing customer support for both Deal Analytics and Pricing Analytics customers
  • Provide support in the third-party data integration and data mapping efforts
  • Assist in the process of completing Ranking Metrics and the prioritization of appropriate payers
  • Participate in the completion of Strategic Customer deliverables using various methods such as Formulary Compliance, Gross to Net Model, Benchmarking Analysis, etc.)
  • Validate report and analytics with accuracy
  • Assist in the completion of ad-hoc business analysis for our customers
  • Active Participation in the definition of requirements linked to new software enhancements
  • Respond to customers ad-hoc requests that require levels of SME support
  • Management of internal Administrative Manuals and Customer User manuals
  • Develop and provide system training to clients on reports and tool
  • Provide product support i.e. identifying enhancements, changes, and troubleshooting, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field
  • 5+ years of Pharmaceutical domain experience
  • Experience with Rebate Contracts Operations, Rebate Data Management, and/or Rebate Contract Analytics
  • Recent experience with Spotfire or QlikView, preferred
  • Prior experience in an external customer support role preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful client contract requirements
  • Organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client focused mentality and strong sense of customer service
