Mission: Deliver advisory services to solve problems and ensure successful delivery of any project Subject matter expert requirements specifically focused within Markets Access.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory services to new and existing clients that require Market Access solutions expertise
  • Support sales presentations for new/ existing clients utilizing subject matter expertise and contributing to the scoping of implementation and other advisory services engagements
  • Ensure timely & successful completion of SME deliverables for implementation and Advisory Services. This will include creating detailed requirements, data mapping that requires domain knowledge, customer consulting on outcomes and actions, and the delivery of presentations to customers
  • Responsible for Access Analytics training for the implemented system and understanding and interpretation of outcomes with the customer
  • Participates in IntegriChain product council meetings
  • Active Participation as SME, in the development of requirements linked to new software enhancements (e.g. Price Protection Engine, Pricing Groups, “analytics” reporting, etc.)
  • Responsible for Preparing Contract Input Forms, and supplying Contract Operations with any other relevant Customer Information
  • Review and communicate Price Protection Worksheet variances to clients.
  • Responsible for customer time tracking and project document maintenance including input on client invoicing issues

Responsibilities:

  • 10 -15+ years of experience of Pharmaceutical domain experience in Market Access
  • Direct and extensive experience within the Managed Markets domain is required
  • Understanding of Channel Gross-to-Net and Channel Complexity, within Managed Markets is preferred
  • Prior experience in managing customer relationships preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful client contract requirements
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client focused mentality and strong sense of customer service
