Responsibilities:

Acts as the technical owner for Integration Platform (Dell Boomi) 

  • Work with business partner to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Dell Boomi platform 
  • Owns and updates Integration Catalog (50 + applications, 300 + integration touch points)
  • Collaborates with technical leadership to set priority, determines any development sprint structures
  • Understands and practices integration best practices
  • Work with application teams to make sure all Integrations are built in compliance with the different application API’s
  • Ensures Clarivate security standards are met for all transactions and data transfers
  • Works with testing teams to ensure product / release quality
  • Work with architecture teams to make sure solutions implemented are compliant with systems roadmap.
  • Familiar with CRM, ERP, HR and Other Corporate system integrations
  • Mentor junior team members and actively share knowledge with others
  • Provide API and Integration technical strategy
  • Provides any required Management support for decision making.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5+ years Cloud SaaS based Integration Tool experience (CastIron/Mulesoft/Informatica Cloud/Dell Boomi)
  • Experience in a large, enterprise scale, parallel development project
  • Experience in designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Self-motivated and has a passion for excellence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, HRIS , MIS or related field
  • Ability to work in Onsite offshore model
  • Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure is a plus
  • Knowledge of Core Java is a plus
