Inspire’s People team is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded Recruiting Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team.This role will provide best-in-class support to our leaders and internal recruiters in our mission to build world-class teams. This is a pivotal partnership role that will manage recruiting workflow, recruit talent, build candidate and internal relationships, and assist with a variety of departmental projects.

  • Identify, Attract & Hire Great Talent: Expand our use of employer branding to build online and offline experiences for the talent we seek to attract; articulate our value as an employer and use that intel to source, interview, and hire the best talent for the role.
  • Build a Culture of Talent Acquisition: Train, coach, and support all internal stakeholders on recruiting process design, job summary creation, best practices, and best-in-class interviewing skills that drive success in the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Process Management – drive the interview process with urgency, including but not limited to logistics coordination,, scheduling, managing ATS workflows; ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Engage and manage agency partner relationships as needed
  • Drive Data: Partner with our Compensation & Analytics Manager  to identify meaningful metrics which can be used to optimize processes, identify opportunities, and support the stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Technology – Take full ownership over ATS with a mindset of continuous improvement, evidence-based and data-supported processes, and universal stakeholder experience.
  • Design the Candidate Experience: Strive for a 100% acceptance rate for candidates to which we extend offers, and a 100% candidate satisfaction rating for candidates released from the search. All candidates should leave their interview experience with an understanding of Inspire’s Mission, Goals and Values in a way that makes them desire an offer.


  • Assume day-to-day ATS system operations to support smooth requisition flow and optimization of actionable reporting
  • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring high quality, seamless candidate experience
  • Open new requisitions, post positions to general and niche forums; continue to ideate around candidate sources
  • Ensure consistent messaging to candidate and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure 100% accurate fulfillment of all talent-related documentation, interview scorecard completion for audit & compliance purposes


  • 90% hired within 30 days of the plan
  • Excellence as indicated by candidate, hiring manager and new Avenger surveys, as well as Time to Hire and Time to Fill metrics are met or exceeded

  • Must Have
    • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience as a recruiter or in a high volume support role
    • Experience working in and maintaining of an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, including requisition entry, posting, interview process building, scheduling, communications, and record upkeep
    • Ability to be in the office as needed to assist with facilitation of onsite finalist interviews for hybrid and/or leadership roles in partnership with the Community Manager
    • Excellent relationship-building skills with a high-touch, service-oriented approach and top-notch communication skills
    • Proven track-record of success working in a fast-paced, high volume recruitment environment
    • Strong understanding of Recruiting and HR functions and interdependencies with other functions
    • Self-starter with ability to work with little direction and produce results
  • Nice to Have
    • Confident in Google Sheets, with the ability to gather data quickly and correctly
    • Versed in GSuite for the workplace
    • Experience driving process improvement and proactive communication

No one group comes up with ideas or roadmaps and presents them to the rest of the group; we collectively decide what we should be working on and how we can work towards bringing Inspire’s overall mission to life.

How has Inspire has worked to improve employee work/life balance during the pandemic?

Due to the always-on nature of working from home during quarantine, we found that people had started working more hours and taking less PTO. Even when we told people to take time off, they still seemed to check in and contribute. We established “bonus days,” where every other Friday is off for the entire company. That way, no one is working, employees don’t feel that they are missing anything, and everyone can truly relax and recharge.
