We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (Acquisition) to help build best in class automation and tooling as the company continues to scale and innovate our service. This role will be part of Inspire’s Acquisition Services team which provides foundational technology that allows us to improve core business processes related to the acquisition of new members and the enrollment experience of our service. The Associate Product Manager (Acquisition) will support a suite of internal and external products used for acquiring new members. They will collaborate with a cross functional team to improve our core business processes by assisting in the discovery and scoping of enhancements and new features to accelerate the growth of our membership base. The person in this role will be responsible for translating company objectives into value-rich problems to solve in coordination with internal stakeholders while also executing on product discovery and delivery with design, engineering, and analytics partners.

How you'll help:- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their objectives, pains, and ideas in order to effectively prioritize their needs while solving problems
- Become an authority on your key business processes, identifying user needs and business opportunities through a combination of research, feedback collection from cross-functional teammates, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition Services team on delivering initiatives end-to-end, including leading discovery, writing specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and outcomes throughout the company.
- Provide feedback and document opportunities to improve processes related to improving our acquisition touchpoints
- Create a scalable cross functional Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing process between technology and end users.
- Build repeatable and scalable processes for a new function at Inspire, focused on using data to make decisions and advocating for a high quality member experience.
Some Year 1 Deliverables:- Create and maintain technical documentation of acquisition-related technology and services for use in training internal business users on our tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of how our Enrollment Experience, Operations and Sales Teams function to identify areas for optimization.
- Design and test improvements to our core business process, improving the member experience and driving rapid growth in the business.
- Collaborate on optimizing the ability to enroll customers on multiple energy products throughout our sales technology stack.
- Improve the sales partner and agent product experience that strengthens and enhances their partnership with Inspire, motivating a deep sense of impact and purpose in our mission.
Here's what you'll bring to the table:- Must Have
- 3-4 years of experience, with at least 2 related to project management, product management or systems operation role driving improvements.
- Experience writing and communicating a well-structured, data-informed narrative to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience measuring, monitoring and improving software systems focused on growth and consumer experience
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform prioritization and decisions
- Nice to Have
- Experience in the retail energy industry
- Experience managing and shipping internal tools
- Experience in a Sales Operations role or similar
- Experience working in a high-growth scaling product management organization
- Experience executing Quality Assurance and UAT testing
