Infinite Blue is a global leading provider of extendable apps for organizational resiliency and low-code development platforms for enterprises and independent software vendors. We are in search of a Professional Services Business Analyst to join our expanding team.

As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role as the vital link between the customer and company in identifying, analyzing and translating business requirements into functional and actionable documents for implementing or enhancing products and services.  Further, identifying and recommending solutions or course of action to enhance and improve customer requirements.  Engage in support of testing and deployment of products and services to customers and ensure learnings, risks and improvements are captured and socialized to improve process.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture and translate business needs/ requirements into actionable detailed functional specifications
  • Accurately scope and resource projects based upon customer discussions and variables
  • Coordinate with internal teams on approaches, resource requirements, and solutions based upon current internal environment
  • Effectively lead meetings with stakeholders to accomplish milestones and goals and communicate appropriate status, risks, and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution meets business needs and requirements
  • Define system requirements, configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Translate requirement documents into Jira tickets
  • Ensure timely completion of business activities to meet established timelines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
  • Identify and report on common sources of technical issues or questions and formulate recommendations to product development and other teams
  • Communicate key insights and findings to internal teams
  • Engage in continuous improvement and recommend solutions to streamline and scale existing workflows

Required Qualifications/Skills

  • Strong relationship development and management skills, good interpersonal skill set
  • Strong listening skills and ability to translate customer thoughts into criteria and action
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, negotiate with and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex activities at a time
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Working knowledge of system development life cycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail and outstanding follow-up skills
  • Experience with project management software and JIRA
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • MBCP, CBCP, or ABCP designation from DRII, or BCI or experience in BC/DR field
  • 2+ years business analysis experience
  • PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt or other project management credentials/background
  • Multi-lingual
