
- Manage, filter, and organize general BTN.vc email
- Maintain partners’ calendars and keep track of meetings
- Plan in-person meetings and travel for partners
- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts on behalf of BTN.vc
- Manage LinkedIn and (some) social media for partners
- Research and prepare briefs on various topics, people, and projects
- Update and manage Hubspot (i.e. fund contacts, dealflow, etc.)
- Manage small budgets, receipts, and perform simple bookkeeping
- Take initial phone/video meetings on the partners’ behalf
- Assist in the sourcing of contractors, suppliers, and future hires
- Keep track of partner priorities, particularly around important deadlines
- Serve as the first point of contact for BTN.vc
- 2-3 years of executive administrative experience and a growth mindset
- Experience in social media, creative post design & website design is a plus
- Solid quantitative abilities; comfortable handling numbers and budgets
- Understanding of basic office technology; Excel, Word, Slack, Keynote, Hubspot, Airtable
- Ability to research and efficiently organize notes for internal/external review
- Proven ability to keep many things extremely organized
- An affinity for recognizing and dealing in the details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional aptitude
- Ability to problem-solve; a “three steps ahead” mindset
- Enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and execution
- Ability to research and find answers quickly
- Ability to organize and manage a budget
