Yet Analytics is looking for an enterprise software salesperson to help us grow new business and provide exceptional solutions for our customers. Success in the role means that you are prospecting and onboarding new enterprise customers across a variety of verticals to the Yet Analytics suite of products.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect and create new relationships with customers in the corporate, athletic and education fields
  • Develop relationships at all levels including the C-suite, HR/L&D professionals, IT professionals, data scientists and education professionals
  • Manage the complex enterprise sales cycle with discipline
  • Identify and align Yet Analytics solutions with strategic customer problems
  • Identify unique customer needs and partner with the product & dev team to develop custom solutions
  • Manage the negotiation of business terms to ensure success for the customer and for Yet Analytics
  • Ensure excellent customers service, up to and including the transition from prospect to signed customer entering the implementation phase

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience selling enterprise software and/or services
  • Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting and creating new business
  • Customer centric, consultative sales approach focused on client’s initiatives and metrics for success
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technology as part of the solutions sales approach
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Self starter with strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
  • Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal), create high quality deliverables, proposals and presentations to various audiences
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to learn more about our overall business, industry and technology trends
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS, Engineering or related field

Work Environment/Culture:

Yet is a growing team of ten with offices located in Downtown Baltimore. You’ll be working closely with our current product team of 5 full-stack developers and our marketing, sales, and business development teams. Our team uses a blend of Salesforce, Hubspot, Pivotal, Git, Asana, Slack, and the Google G Suite.

Yet’s office is relatively casual. We use an open layout to facilitate collaboration and communication, but also recognize the need for uninterrupted work time and provide space for this. We value teamwork and brainstorming, and use white boards to excess. We collaborate across teams on a regular basis, and use a daily morning all hands checkin to keep us all on the same page.
