We are growing fast, and scalability and focus are keys to our success. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be instrumental in creating and guiding the roadmap for Instructure’s newest product, Practice. Leading from the front, you are the expert on the Practice platform and its product champion. You clearly see the future of Practice, craft the product strategy, and you know what it’s going to take to get it there: product management discipline and scalable processes coupled with nurturing environment for creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking. You will also work closely with our internal stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Business Intelligence, and Finance Organizations to set the overall vision and product strategy for Practice, including the build/buy/partner decisions and prioritization.
We’ve always believed in hiring the most awesome people and treating them right. We know that the more diverse we are, the more diverse our ideas will be and when we openly welcome those ideas, our environment is better and our business is stronger.
At Instructure we participate in E-Verify and yes, in case you didn’t catch it from the above, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Practice’s patented mobile-first video technology and learning methodology is used by organizations such as Comcast, Cox Automotive, Domino’s, University of Pennsylvania, and UCSF Medical School for reinforcement and retention of new hire training, fostering feedback, increasing collaboration, accelerating productivity, and achieving higher return on investment of learning and talent development initiatives.
