About Us

About Practice

Practice is an applied video microlearning solution used to build and sustain continuous learning cultures that increase competence and confidence and drive innovation. Practice does this by creating a scalable means for teams to frequently practice skills and receive meaningful, timely feedback through the power of peer-to-peer video assessment and coaching.

Practice’s patented mobile-first video technology and learning methodology is used by organizations such as Comcast, Cox Automotive, Domino’s, University of Pennsylvania, and UCSF Medical School for reinforcement and retention of new hire training, fostering feedback, increasing collaboration, accelerating productivity, and achieving higher return on investment of learning and talent development initiatives.
