Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate will play an important role at REC, working on the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This is an entry level role that is best suited for an early-career digital native, who loves learning new features and skills, who takes pride in their work, and who has a knack for outdoing themselves even if merely for the fun & curiosity of what can be created.

Duties and Responsibilities

Hubspot: 

• Lead the development & maintenance of REC’s CRM platform 
• Learn & implement new features to optimize Hubspot for REC’s needs
  

WordPress: 

• Maintain and develop REC’s website
• Create appropriate landing pages when necessary
  

Social & Paid Media:

• Strategize on how to best launch, quality assure, and analyze Social & Paid Media
  

 Production Tracker:

• Update production tracker on where content is and follow up with content creators for deliverables
  

Campaign Management:

• Coordinate & Organize all Marketing Campaigns and their assets
  

Reporting & Analytics:

• Google Analytics & other dashboard data reporting
  

Data & File Management:

• Dropbox, Google Drive, Intranet

Technology Upkeep:

• Manage 3rd party technologies used by REC
• Assist in the development & maintenance of REC’s App
