*Broad Function:*

The Manual QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through manual testing. The role involves developing and executing test plans, identifying and tracking bugs, and collaborating with development teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

•Perform manual testing of applications to ensure quality and functionality.

•Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

•Identify, record, document, and track bugs.

•Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

•Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.

•Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

*Essential Skills*

•At least 3+ yrs quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments

•Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies

•Experience with manual & integration testing between applications (minimum 3+ yr)

•Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and provides solutions.

•Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required.

•A team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team.

•Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle

•Ability to work independently with client to understand the requirements, proactive, and self-managed.

•Solicitation and elicitation of product needs and requirements

•Good in knowledge Software Development Methodologies

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
