This client's Digital Platforms and Experience team is focused building a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms for its members and providers. This team is team is looking to take their digital journey to the next level by integrating an Omnichannel approach optimizing their use of Adobe Experience Platform. They need to add a Solutions Architect to guide them through this process. Ideally, this Solutions Architect will have previous experience of end to end implementation of the AXP suite (Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer).

This will include working alongside Cloud and Enterprise Architects, as well as user groups to solve business problems and maintain a strong understanding of industry standards in the digital space. You'll also be working closely with multiple Full Stack Engineering teams and other business and marketing unites. An ideal candidate will be able to bring Adobe Experience Platform expertise to the table, as well as a strong data engineering background.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide subject matter expertise on large digital transformational initiatives that enables business value.
* Lead meetings and workshops driving to key decisions and all things relevant to the overall marketing ecosystem and specifically as it relates to data, integrations, and activations.
* Act as overall program lead implementing AXP (Adobe Experience Platform) and technical lead overseeing technical delivery from strategy and roadmap planning to project mobilization to technical implementation.
* Define and implement marketing solutions that deliver data-driven, personalized, one-to-one, experiences.
* Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations across all digital capability areas (data integration, master data, customer data, marketing automation, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, and commerce).
* Provide points of view on vendor platforms and technology landscape to support transformation initiatives.
* Design and deliver Digital Marketing platform strategies and solutions leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform stack.
* Ability to interact confidently with senior executives at the C-level and VP-level.
* Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore/nearshore teams.
* Ability to lead the development of digital marketing strategy and content strategy.
* Ability to conduct discovery workshops to define and consolidate business requirements, and layout a technology roadmap aligning business goals and needs.
* Ability to lead Enterprise / Solution Architecture services to solve customer problems.
* Knowledge and awareness of best practices and industry trends in areas such as omnichannel marketing and personalization.
* Deliver analytics and monitored customer behavior models to align business strategies.
* Strong knowledge in defining UI/UX strategy to customers.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent prior experience in software development systems
* 5-7 years’ experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform stack as a Business Practitioner or Solution Architect
* 5 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a specific focus on data and customer data platforms.
* 5 years of experience with one of the following vendor products - Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and/or B2C), and/or SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris)
* Agile and SAFE Product Owner and Scrum Team Leader experience
* 5 year playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback as well as managing and/or being managed by remote teams/offices
* Experience collaborating with Product Managers on technology roadmaps
* Has led more than one end-to-end implementation of the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack
* Experience identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.
* Experience identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and recommending overall solution design
* Understanding of various Adobe cloud services which can be integrated with AEM
* Experience with performance optimization and scalability in AEM / Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud
* Experience integrating the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack with CRM, E-commerce, and portals

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
