  • A degree in whatever. Neuroscience, philosophy, business, or even brewing – it doesn’t matter. If you enjoy coding and design, we want to talk to you.
  • Advanced experience with CSS, Javascript, jQuery, & HTML.
  • Experience with image editing.
  • Experience designing and creating complex UIs via mock-ups and working with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of web design standards and compliance, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Model View Controller (MVC).
  • Familiarity making changes to software applications written in object-oriented languages such as C# and/or using T-SQL.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas to team members with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Ability to understand details as well as the bigger picture.

Bonus Points

  • Full stack development experience.
  • Experience working on large enterprise database backed applications.
  • A large web design portfolio.
  • Excellent ability understanding and catering to your audience.
  • Excellent artistic ability.
