In this technical customer-facing role, you’ll directly help thousands of our customers to troubleshoot, fix, and improve their web applications.

Core responsibilities

  1. Help our customers achieve great results with LeanSentry, expertly guiding them to deploy, configure, and use LeanSentry to improve their web applications.
  2. Grow our business by supporting our sales and retention lifecycles with data reviews, product demos, and high value customer success projects.
  3. Author expert how-to content and product demos to explain and evangelize LeanSentry.
  4. Champion product quality by tracking customer needs and product issues, and channeling them into meaningful product improvements.

Compensation
Above average; competitive salary based on experience, profit sharing may be available.
