Event Description

Join us for a seminar with Phyllis Simon, a registered patent attorney with the USPTO and patent attorney for the Penn Center for Innovation. Companies founded on innovative technologies need to understand the patent process to effectively protect their intellectual property. In this seminar, Phyllis will get granular on patenting practices (e.g. provisional patents, PCTs, and national phase filings) and share examples of companies that have successfully leveraged their patent portfolio.
