Join us for an in-person seminar with Drew Carton, PhD, Associate Professor of Management at The Wharton School, as he explores the critical question: How can organizations and their leaders unite people despite their differences?
​Drew investigates unanswered questions, such as why leaders sometimes take actions that backfire as well as how leaders can avoid these unintended consequences by helping people channel their effort and expertise toward a common vision.
