Crime in Wilmington is one topic for an interactive map that’s gotten a lot of buzz lately, and now we’ve found another (and much happier) interactive map to pore over.
Reader John Williams pointed out Terrain360’s cool interactive map of Delaware’s own Christina River.
Akin to Google Maps, you can click to see a real-life view of the Christina tidal area, its right bank, part of the Brandywine Creek, and of course, the Christina itself. Each point you click shows the water’s elevation and environment conditions.
Terrain360 released a similar tour of the Susquehanna River earlier this year. The project required a 1,100-mile voyage that began in upstate New York.
Bon voyage!
