We’re only one week away from TechCamp Philadelphia: Education, where we’ll be gathering more than 90 educators and technologists on Sat. Feb. 23 and Sun. Feb 24 to brainstorm problems and solutions in the education community.

We’ve been diligently working to ensure we have the right mix of educators and technologists to discuss education innovation in Philadelphia. We’ve recently had the opportunity to expand the number of attendees. Today, we’re opening up registration for a EduTech Hackathon, a partner hackathon being created with Code Across America and Jarvus Innovations that will take place at the same location as TechCamp.

Though the program will be modified from the unconference-meets-hackathon TechCamp format — with a focus on spending the entire weekend building projects suggested by educators — it will still be a great way to get involved.

There are three ways to move ahead for next weekend, Feb. 23 and Feb. 24. They’re both FREE.

  1. If you are an EDUCATOR who wants to help brainstorm problems and solutions at the TechCamp conference, RSVP here.
  2. If you are a CODER or TECHNOLOGIST interested in building projects at the EduTech Hackathon, RSVP here.
  • If you can’t make it for the weekend, the public is invited to attend our TechCamp reception, where we will discuss education issues, at 6:30 on Fri. Feb. 22. RSVP here.
