Back at SXSW, former CTO of the United States Megan Smith and other leaders kicked off the Tech Jobs Tour. It’s a 50-city jaunt that’s putting the spotlight on hiring from the communities that are underrepresented in tech.
This week, details are out on the tour stop for Baltimore.
According to the Eventbrite page, the stop will be on June 20 at Betamore’s Federal Hill campus from 5-9 p.m.

The event has a few different parts. Throughout the whole event, there will be a tech career fair where attendees can submit their resumes and meet companies. Additionally, speed mentoring and a coding bootcamp showcase are also planned, according to the agenda.

The tour is organized by TechHire, Lesbians Who Tech and include.io.
We’ll be sure to update as more info becomes available.
