Shaquille Brooks is currently finishing his high school diploma and certification of programming languages at Digital Harbor High School in Federal Hill.
He applied, was accepted and received financial aid to attend the Community College of Baltimore County, but he’s now raising an additional $2,000 to help offset the costs via a GoFundMe campaign.
