Thursday, 11/21, 7pm, IndieTechTalks.14 – Janet Gilbert, CTO of Wadjet Eye Games, NYU-Poly Game Innovation Lab, 5 Metrotech Center.

Hear from a veteran game developer about porting games over to mobile platforms. She cofounded the local developer we wrote about last week and the event is organized by this guy.

Friday, 11/22, 6 pm, Silicon Drinkabout NYC Launch.The Screening Room at The Wythe Hotel, 80 Wythe Ave.

3Beards organizes tech gatherings that are consistent, popular and boozy in Britain. They are on a bit of a world tour and launching here in the borough with the help of reporter Erica Berger. We will be there. Join the waitlist.
