A.I. duPont High School students John Lawson and Luke Marshall are only sophomores but they were able to place third in an annual national technology competition organized by the Technology Student Association.
Their winning project? A structurally sound bridge, which can almost be a metaphor representing the spirit of their teamwork and friendship.
“I looked at John and was like ‘Dude, we probably aren’t going to win this, but this was fun, we had an awesome time,'” Marshall told WDEL. “And it just worked.”
