Got new gadgets over the holidays? If you have an old desktop computer, laptop or cellphone, it probably has a lot of personal data stored on it.
Starting Feb. 6, Commonwealth Computer Recycling is starting a three-month first-Saturday event where they’ll destroy data with Cybercrunch SHRED for $10 per hard drive or cellphone.
The events (also on March 5 and April 2) will be at a secure location from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Elwyn Industries Warehouse, which is at 1 Judy Way in Aston.
