Benjamin’s Desk founder Mike Maher to speak at first ‘Bunker Brews’

Maher, himself a former Navy officer, will headline the first in a series of meetups designed to connect veteran entrepreneurs.

On Wednesday, May 25, Bunker Labs PHL, a nonprofit accelerator for veteran and military entrepreneurs, will host local veterans for the first in a series of networking sessions dubbed “Bunker Brews.”
Benjamin’s Desk founder and former Naval officer Michael Maher will be the speaker for the event. Also speaking are Mike Woody, from Job Advocate; and Sylvester Mobley, from Coded by Kids.


“Bunker Labs PHL is excited to host our first of many monthly ‘Bunker Brews’ events where we educate, inspire and connect our military/veteran community to be the next leading innovators in Philadelphia,” the company wrote in an email invitation. “Join us for networking, Q&A with Mike Maher, and pizza and brews.”
The talks will be held at Benjamin’s Desk’s Curtis Center location, and are free with registration:
