Shelly Blake-Plock, the outspoken and well-known education reformer, has left his role as co-director of the celebrated STEM-focused Digital Harbor Foundation to take on the CEO role of An Estuary, a startup focused on professional development for educators.
As its website reads: “Where the tides converge, professional development will be An Estuary.”
The effort’s first product is Sanderling, a self-directed learning tool.
